Robert Piezon is the President, Owner and CEO of Cambridge Management Services, Inc. He has more than twenty-five years experience in the multifamily housing industry with an extensive asset management background that focuses on maximizing asset performance. As a retired twenty year veteran of the United States Air Force, Mr. Piezon brings a high level of leadership that promotes teamwork and empowerment through an organized plan that continually strives to exceed the property owner’s goals. Property Management services, for award winning new construction multifamily properties developed by LeCesse Development Corp., has been the core of business of CMSI. Mr. Piezon expanded the business to include third party fee management in 2007. Today, that segment of the business has grown to more than 1,500 units including significant clients such as The Winter Park Housing Authority and Regions Bank. Combined assets under management total 27 properties with 5,500 units valued at $500,000.000. Mr. Piezon is a member of the Orlando Apartment Association, and a variety of charitable and community service organizations.

Michelle Ryder
Chief Financial Officer

Michelle Ryder is the Chief Financial Officer at Cambridge Management Services, Inc. Michelle joined the company in 2017, bringing 15 years of experience to her role. As CFO, Michelle handles financial oversight, partner distributions, cash flow forecasting, external financial audit oversight, coordination with outside CPAs, risk assessment related to insurance claims, treasury management, and acquisition and disposition closing transactions. Prior to joining CMSI, Michelle worked with Epoch Residential where she had rose through the comapny last holding a role as Corporate Controller. In less than six month of joining CMSI, Michelle collected over $250,000 of old inter-company receivables, redesigned the method of loan requests for operational cash needs, led multiple software conversions, and enhanced 1099 reporting. Michelle is a CPA and is a member of FICPA and AICPA. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Central Florida. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, running, and reading.

Wendy Sikorski
Senior Vice President of Operations

Wendy Sikorski is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Cambridge Management Services, Inc. She joined the company in 2022 and brings deep experience in the community management field. As Senior Vice President, Wendy leads all aspects of lease-up operations for CMSI. Prior to joining the company, Wendy served as Senior Regional Manager with GCI Residential. She has served on the board of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, the South Carolina Apartment Association, and the Leadership Lyceum Apartment Association of North Carolina. She was also a member of the GCI President’s Club from 2015 to 2021. Wendy has her South Carolina Property Manager in Charge license. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. When Wendy isn’t working at CMSI, she lives in a house divided; her twin daughters attend rival schools—Clemson and the University of South Carolina.

Evelyn Holland
Vice President - New Development Operations

Evelyn Holland is the Vice President of New Development Operations for Cambridge Management Services, Inc. Evelyn joined the company in 1996 and brings over 35 years of experience to her role. In her position, Evelyn is responsible for overseeing lease-up communities, including supporting marketing operations, hiring key staff, working with the development team, and monitoring property expenses and budgeting. Prior to joining the company, Evelyn spent several years working at management companies in property manager and leasing consultant roles. Evelyn is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor. She has been honored many times at CMSI, including as a two-time employee of the year. Evelyn’s first professional job was as a Military Police Officer in the Army from 1981-1983. She enjoys gardening and hiking.

David Shaffer
Director of Operations & Marketing

David Shaffer is the Director of Operations & Marketing for Cambridge Management Services, Inc. David joined the company in 2012, bringing 12 years of experience to his role. In his current position, David works with property managers and leasing agents to understand property business goals and executes on marketing objectives to support those goals, including website development, content marketing, graphic design, print products, SEO, email marketing, paid advertisements and more. David also works with development, property management, and technology partners to ensure that unit types, floor plans, amenities, and rentable items are properly represented within marketing channels. Prior to joining CMSI, David was a student housing and multifamily property Community Manager and Regional Manager. David is a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College. David enjoys planning vacations, spending time with his wife and two children, reading, video games, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Debby Nichols
Director of Human Resources

Debra Nichols is the Director of Human Resources for Cambridge Management Services, Inc. Debra joined the company in 1992, bringing over 30 years of experience to her role. In her position, Debra handles HR and payroll duties. Debra has served in the HR department for the past 16 years, but she has also worked at CMSI in leasing, as an assistant manager, manager, regional manager, and management specialist, and as Compliance Director. Debra is a Certified Apartment Manager and is NCP and SCS certified. When she is not at CMSI, Debra enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Allison Shaffer
Controller

Allison Shaffer is the Controller for Cambridge Management Services, Inc. Allison joined the company in 2008 and brings several years of experience to her role. In her position, Allison oversees all operational financial reporting. She is responsible for generating all financial packages and distributing them to ownership. She also oversees the preparation of annual operating budgets. Allison is the main point of contact for all property management and accounting software used by sites and corporate offices. Additionally, she handles lender compliance and monitoring and coordinates annual compliance and financial audits. Prior to joining the company, Allison served as an accounting manager with Bridlewood Realty, where she deployed new software conversions for the accounting platform and performed many new site software setups. Allison is a Certified Apartment Manager and a Notary Public. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Managerial Accounting from the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, Allison likes to spend time with her husband, her two children and her miniature schnauzer, as well as travel, go on cruises, and crochet.

Natalie Cavaliere
Corporate Trainer

Natalie Cavaliere is the Corporate Trainer and Compliance Director for Cambridge Management Services, Inc. Natalie joined the company in 1989, bringing over 30 years of experience to her role. In her position, Natalie handles onboarding management and provides support for software and operational questions. Natalie is also responsible for corresponding with state agencies on a variety of topics, including rent and utility allowances, tax credits, and audits. Prior to her current role at Cambridge, Natalie held several other property management roles with the company. Natalie is a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor, National Compliance Professional, and serves on the Leadership Lyceum for the Florida Apartment Association. She has held several positions with the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and is a four-time Corporate MVP. Natalie attended Seminole Community College. She enjoys outdoor activities, including skydiving, obstacle course races, and running 5Ks.

Penny Allen

Penny Allen is a Regional Property Manager for Cambridge Management Services, Inc. Penny joined the company in 2018 and brings over 35 years of service to her role. In her position, Penny handles operations, financials, training, and support. Prior to joining Cambridge, Penny spent 19 years as the Director of Operations at Sage Property Management, where she handled the new lease-up second phase of the existing property, as well as the property’s finances. Penny is a Certified Apartment Manager and Community Association Manager. She also has her Florida Real Estate License. She enjoys fiber arts and spending time with family and friends.
