Our Management Team has been able to work with local foundations and regional resources, prepared grants which all demonstrated to be successful endeavors in getting financial assistance to improve the asset, for our subsidized communities, and at the same time improving our residents’ socialization and quality of life.
Cambridge Management provides support and works with our clientele consisting of Private Owners, Housing Authority’s, Non-Profits, Banks, and Churches to meet their goals and strategies that are consistent with their vision. Our many years of repositioning an asset, when needed, provide the Owner an excellent opportunity to discover the value in their senior living community. Our focus is to employ innovative occupancy solutions and to attract residents and elevate the community’s financial status.
We are an HUD approved managing agent and are proficient in the management of the Public Housing, Workforce Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), PRAC/811’s, and the private sector and have over 20+ years of property management experience.
Our Fee Managed Communities consist of more than 1300+ units, each sustaining a 95%+ occupancy ratio and effective scores from monitoring agents and HUD. Our in-house Compliance Team consistently attains nationally recognized accreditations annually to stay on the cutting edge with State, Local, and Government regulations. Our core properties consist of over 5,000+ units in Florida, Minnesota, New York and Rhode Island.
